Tom is what you could call a "social nerd". At Jarn, he therefore gets to both code and talk to the customer :) He also has many years of *NIX system administration under his belt, which comes especially handy during the deployment phase of a project.

If he's not working for Jarn or on Plone, chances are, he's either with his family, practicing Ashtanga Yoga or writing yet another development tool in Python.
