Plone maintenance comes in 3 flavors:

Standard package

The Standard package covers setups with up to one ZEO client, a caching service and HTTP frontend. It does not support setups with external connectivity, eg. relational databases. The regular maintenance check runs once every three months, and the version upgrade once per year.

Professional package

The Professional package covers setups with several ZEO clients and applications related to the Plone site, as long as they reside on the same physical server. The regular maintenance check runs once each month, and the version upgrade twice per year.

Enterprise package

The Enterprise package covers setups with clusters of up to six servers. The regular maintenance check runs once each month, and the version upgrade twice per year.
